Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026. This is a practical placeholder, not legal advice.
1. About the service
Layfoutak sends appointment reminders to your customers over WhatsApp, with links that let a customer confirm, cancel, or request to reschedule an appointment in one tap. The goal is to reduce no-shows and keep your schedule running smoothly.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Layfoutak only for lawful purposes and to send reminders for real appointments to customers who requested the service or agreed to be contacted. Using the platform for unsolicited marketing, spam, or anything that violates applicable law or WhatsApp's policies is prohibited.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the customer and appointment data you enter. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and renew monthly based on the plan you choose. You start with a 7-day free trial and are not charged before it ends. By continuing after the trial, you agree to renewal and payment of the applicable fees.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period, and fees for the current period are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Nature of the messages
Layfoutak messages are utility, transactional messages (appointment reminders), not marketing. We make reasonable efforts to deliver them on time, but delivery can be affected by service providers or networks outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including a delayed or undelivered message.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are resolved accordingly. (Placeholder text — review with counsel before relying on it.)
