WhatsApp Communication Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026. This is a practical placeholder, not legal advice.
1. How we communicate
Layfoutak sends appointment reminders to your customers over WhatsApp on behalf of your business, with links that let a customer confirm, cancel, or request to reschedule.
2. Utility, not marketing
These are utility messages (appointment reminders), transactional in nature — not promotional or marketing messages. We keep their content limited to the appointment and its details.
3. Stopping messages (opt-out)
Any customer can stop reminders at any time by replying STOP or إيقاف to a message. We then stop sending reminders to that number.
4. The business is responsible for consent
As the business, you are responsible for obtaining each customer's consent to be contacted before adding them to Layfoutak. Do not add numbers that have not agreed to receive reminders — doing so violates our policies and WhatsApp's policies.
5. Opting back in
If a customer who opted out wants to return, they can reply START or اشتراك to resume receiving reminders.
6. Contact
