This policy explains what data Layfoutak collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. Protecting your business and customer data is a responsibility we take seriously.
2. Data we collect
We collect your business details (business name and contact info), your team members' details (names and sign-in emails), the customer data you enter (names and phone numbers), and appointment data (date, time, status, and service). We also log basic technical data to operate and secure the platform.
3. How we use data
We use this data primarily to send appointment reminders to your customers over WhatsApp, to run your account and dashboard, to manage your subscription, and to improve and protect the service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
4. Service providers (processors)
We rely on trusted providers to run the service: we send WhatsApp messages through a messaging provider (Twilio), process payments through a payment gateway (Moyasar), and send operational email through (Resend). They may only use your data to provide the service on our behalf.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data or your customers' data at any time, and we will delete it unless the law requires us to retain some of it (such as financial records).
6. Customer rights
You — and your customers through you — may access, correct, or request deletion of data. As the business owner, you are the first point of contact for your customers' requests, and we support you in carrying them out.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continually work to strengthen protection.
